When you place your order we will send an email confirming acceptance and details of your order. This does not constitute a contract to supply.
To minimize the time that our product spends in transit, we ship only three days each week: Monday through Wednesday. Orders including fresh sausage or other highly perishable product ship on Wednesdays only. Orders received after Wednesday, noon GMT, will ship the following week.
You will receive an email on the day that your order is despatched.
Your order will be delivered by overnight courier in an insulated box with ice packs and will arrive before 4pm the next day.
All our produce is vacuum packed and is fully labelled, ready for you to enjoy immediately, or to freeze if you wish.
You will be asked to sign for the delivery to confirm you have received the parcel in good order. If there is a problem or you are not entirely satisfied then please contact us immediately.
If for any reason you are unable to be in to receive your order please let us know where your parcel can be left e.g. with a neighbour, in the shed/porch etc. Otherwise the courier will leave a delivery card and take the parcel back to the depot.
