Bacon and Sausages	Sausages - not just any old banger, but our fantastic hand made gourmet sausages with traditional herbs and spices used to make real meaty treats - free from all additives and preservatives - just as they should be. If you love bacon, you will find our traditional bacon second to none. We have back, middle and streaky bacon and pancetta which is dry cured ourselves using traditional techniques and recipes to produce rashers which not only taste fabulous but don't shrink in the pan when you cook them!
